When you see people in public who are high on drugs, all you can do is pray for their recovery. Though the man stomping on top of the suv roof is out of his mind, he can possibly someday be a living testimony about how the Lord Jesus Christ can deliver anyone out of darkness.
Moral: Don't give up on anyone you know that gets high, whether it be a friend, co-worker, or a family member. Keep praying for them because you never know how GOD may move in their life.
