"So, two more shootings in the City with one as a fatality yet the Mayor is still refusing to sit down with the Guardian Angels or cooperate with the Legislature for extra police funding. Is there any wonder why DuPont is leaving and the COW was named murder capital of Delaware? Sounds like we're repeating the same history Detroit faced when the auto industry bailed. All while the Mayor wants to spend millions on a stadium. Unbelievable....."
Why is Wilmington, Delaware labeled a bad place to live, when it has so much positive potential to grow to be more ?
