Nick Woodman built a billion-dollar company from humble beginnings. He had very little money when starting out. In fact, he bought and resold beads with his wife Jill before starting the company. Prior to that, he started another company and was a business failure. True entrepreneurs continue doing the entrepreneurial transformation work out of inspiration or desperation. He never gave up when things got hard. He surrounded himself with positive people and went the extra mile building his business from scratch and got organized.
