This is an amateur video filed by someone with a digital camera on the New Jersey turnpike, as a tractor trailer nearly swiped his vehicle. The rig crossed onto the wrong side of the turnpike after slipping on ice on the highway. The person who filmed this is blessed their car didn't get hit by the 18-wheeler.
