Donald Trump is seen by many people to be financially selfish man. He allegedly ripped off general contractors in the past when they worked on Trump related business projects. Trump was definitely seen as a selfish person and a narcissist when he shut down the federal government, literally forcing FBI and local level federal government employees to stand on food pantry lines and possibly barter with landlords to exchange services so they won't be put out of their apartments and home residences. And now, the Donald is reported by TheHill.com to have approved "federal government employee pay raises."
