CNN.com reports on Hurricane Irma's progress via Instagram.com. Irma allegedly ripped down or overcame a seawall in Miami Dade County via South Beach. It's now making way up to northern Florida. CNN also reports the streets of Dade County Miami are flooded with water around Biscayne Blvd.
